From start to finish they were very knowledgeable and professional. They let me know exactly what needed to be done for my deck to support the massive weight of a full hot tub. Professional, easy to work with and listened to what we wanted and offered his expertise for best product. Deck is built solid and looks good. Always cleaned up well and left leaving it as they found it. Crew friendly and pleasant. Courteous and easy to reach. Brian and his team were one of the best contractors we had on our build. They were very professional, always timely, great communicators and gave us an amazing design for our deck!!! Even called them for a last minute change we need for a loft railing to match the deck railing and they were able to get it done for us. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Brian and his crew were great! We bought a house with a deck that was in need of some structural updating of the support beams, new railings and a lower deck torn out and rebuilt. They also helped us with our vision of having secure storage under our lower deck. They were professional, curious and had excellent communication through out the process. Most projects have some issues that come up along the way and ours did but they were all very minor and the communication great about the issue and the options to solve. We are thrilled with our new and structurally updated deck and railings. I highly recommend!

Brian and his crew screened in our covered porch using cedar. It was challenging due to the existing posts that were stone on the bottom and then a tapered wood post to the ceiling. He fitted cedar posts alongside the existing posts and used creative trim work to fill in the gaps by the stones. It came out great and we are enjoying being outside now without the flies and mosquitoes!

Brian Emde & crew built a beautiful deck for us. They were professional, fun & funny, cleaned up each day including blowing deck(s), communicated any changes, offered suggestions for improvement, kept to their timeline, assisted with permits, and were responsive with follow ups. They put extra supports in place both in size & quantity. Their signature metal post brackets add style. Even the inspector said when I get ready to build a deck I’m calling him! Highly recommend!

Full disclosure: this review has nothing to do with the quality of work this guy does, but EVERYTHING to do with the quality of human he is! He saw me on the side of the road with a broken down trailer, turned around and came to see how he could help. He offered to take my trailer back to his shop to get it fixed up, and when he saw that wasn't going to work, he stayed with my trailer while I went to get a flatbed to load it up and drag it back to Texas from Bella Vista. He even did all the heavy lifting to get the broken trailer rolled up onto the flatbed and strapped down. This kind of generosity is hard to come by anymore, and I cannot speak more highly of Brian! Thank you again Brian! You were truly a life saver!
