The finished deck met our expectations 100%. It was well worth the 5 month wait for Brian and his team. Our deck is beautiful, and with a 50 year warranty, it's the last deck we'll ever build. Chad and Austin run the crew on site daily and are very quick to communicate with the homeowner where challenges crop up. Kevin was a master with our challenging stair layout. Those stairs changed at least three times, yet Chad and Austin were quick to make changes to please the homeowner. We highly recommend Ozark Deck company for your project consideration.

Brian and his guys did a great job replacing our existing (rotten) deck in our new home. Hes extremely professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. I would absolutely reccomend them if you want your deck done right. He also had competative pricing without cutting any corners.

I was riding the Bentonville mountain bike trails in the summer of 2024 when I got a flat tire in the woods. Very professional. Our previous deck was not in all muight condition, after working with Ozark I am extremely pleased with the result! Brian and his crew screened in our covered porch using cedar. It was challenging due to the existing posts that were stone on the bottom and then a tapered wood post to the ceiling. He fitted cedar posts alongside the existing posts and used creative trim work to fill in the gaps by the stones. It came out great and we are enjoying being outside now without the flies and mosquitoes!

Full disclosure: this review has nothing to do with the quality of work this guy does, but EVERYTHING to do with the quality of human he is! He saw me on the side of the road with a broken down trailer, turned around and came to see how he could help. He offered to take my trailer back to his shop to get it fixed up, and when he saw that wasn't going to work, he stayed with my trailer while I went to get a flatbed to load it up and drag it back to Texas from Bella Vista. He even did all the heavy lifting to get the broken trailer rolled up onto the flatbed and strapped down. This kind of generosity is hard to come by anymore, and I cannot speak more highly of Brian! Thank you again Brian! You were truly a life saver!
